The Kindergarten Class is hosting a Lemonade Stand at the Kinder Derby next Thursday, May 5. Send some change with your children so they can donate and enjoy a glass of lemonade during the Kinder Derby. The money will go to support Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. They can donate as much as they want for a glass of lemonade. The proceeds will go to help in the cure of childhood cancer. Over the past 10 years, Bear Nation's Alex's Lemonade Stand has contributed nearly $5,000 to childhood cancer research! In the Bible it says: How can I repay the LORD for all the good done for me? Psalm 116:12

What an amazing show we had this past weekend. It was wonderful to see so many of our students share their time and talents. There are so many people to thank for helping with the show. It takes a village to put on a show like this and our St. Anthony Village definitely came together to put on a great show!
As stated in our School Handbook, Smart Watches are not allowed in school. Students may keep the watch in their backpack just as they do a cell phone. If a student has a Smart Watch on during the day it will be taken away and must be picked up by a parent. Cell Phone/Smart Watch Policy The staff of St. Anthony School highly discourages the bringing of cell phones/smart watch to school. If the parents feel that a child needs a cell phone/smart watch, the cell phone/smart watch must remain turned off and in a student’s backpack. The cell phone/smart watch may not be used at any time during the school day, as this disrupts the learning process. If a student’s cell phone/smart watch goes off, or if a student chooses to use his or her cell phone/smart watch during the school day (including morning care, dismissal, and after school care), then the staff will confiscate the cell phone/smart watch and parents will need to retrieve it from the Principal. Students whose cell phones/smart watch in their possession during the day will receive a grade appropriate consequence.
