Tuition invoices for the 2018-19 school year were sent home last week. Please complete the bottom portion and turn it in to the school office along with the first tuition payment for next year by Friday, May 18th. This first payment must be made by check, cash, money order or credit card. IT WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BACK ACCOUNT. If you chose to pay in 10 monthly installments, the remaining 9 payments will be withdrawn from your back account August through April once you complete a new Automatic Bank Payment Authorization form. This form will be sent home to you once the bottom portion of your invoice has been returned to the office. An updated and signed Automatic Bank Payment Authorization form is required each year.
