Congratulations to Ms. Sophie Singleton!  Sophie was crowned Miss Kiwanis Balloon Fest’s Outstanding Teen today and will head to Miss Indiana in June. She’ll also get to be part of the balloon festival in Bloomington in October.  We are very proud of you Sophie, Good Luck!
