St. Anthony Schools Choice Application has been approved and the school can now begin to accept the applications for 2019-2020 school year. In order to apply, you will need to bring a copy of your 2018 Federal Income taxes to the school. The school can make a copy of the taxes or you can provide one to them. They will place your taxes in an envelope and then they will write your name, address, phone number, and names with grades of your children on a form. The form along with the taxes will be given to Mrs. Noon who will complete the Choice Application and all the other documents that are needed. Once this is complete, Mrs. Noon will call you to set up a time for you to come to the Parish Center and sign all the forms. If you have questions, please call Mrs. Sheila Noon at 812-282-2290.
